Check out the new look of Salem’s website. Although minor, some changes took place & the site looks a little different. The hope is that people might be encouraged even more so to be informed and involved in Salem’s ministries, in this Easter season especially. Speaking of sprucing up… MARK ON YOUR CALENDARS – SATURDAY, APRIL 10 – CLEAN UP DAY AT SALEM, 9am. There is plenty to do both inside and out. There is a list posted on the bulletin board – if you can’t make it that day and would still like to do something just check out the list and mark your name down. Many hands make light work!!!

Confirmation Sunday is Sunday, May 2 at 10:30am. Please keep our young people in prayer as they prepare for this day of celebration and faith!

BIBLE STUDY ON JESUS AROUND THE WORLD – Join Pastor Allison for an Easter season adult Bible Study that leads up to Pentecost. We’ll look at the backgrounds of Jesus artwork from around the world to help us grow in an even richer understanding of God in Christ through the arts. Mark your calendars!

We will be in the fellowship hall 9:30am Sundays, April 11, 18, 25 & May 9, 16 (no May 2 with Confirmation Sunday)

FONTANELLE 5K – SUNDAY, MAY 23, AT 8:00 AM – Save the date and start stretching those legs for a Fun Run (or Walk ‘n Talk) in the neighborhood, put on by the Confirmation parent committee.

This fundraiser will support the middle school kids in their Confirmation camp, ministry, and events as they grow in years and faith. 8:00am 5K in Fontanelle (free t-shirt), 10:30 Pentecost Sunday worship, 11:30 Pulled Pork fellowship. Sign-up in the narthex today. For the 5K: $30 per adult, $20 per kid, FREE age 10 and under–invite your family and friends, and our neighbors!
