How to Enroll in COMMUNITY REWARDS for Salem Fontanelle

  1. Visit www.bakersplus.com. To create an Account click on “register” in upper right hand corner. Enter required information of:  email, password, zip code & preferred store. Click CREATE ACCOUNT.
  2. You must own a Baker’s Plus card. Enter this number or your Alt-ID (phone number) in the field provided. Enter the last name you used when you filled out the card application. You can pickup a Bakers Plus card at any Bakers store. Complete the application and submit to the store.
  3. On the home page of the Baker’s Website, click on “COMMUNITY” at the top of the page, then COMMUNITY REWARDS.
  4. Sign in using your account information. Click on ENROLL NOW. Enter Salem’s organization number in the search field (71891). Click on our church name and then “enroll” to save your selection.

~~Visit the website often to see the amount that is donated to Salem each quarter. 

On a quarterly basis, the Bakers Company will submit a donation check to Salem depending on the purchases made by us with Baker’s Supermarkets.

You will Not lose your everyday savings, fuel points or coupons that you currently receive from them. This is a donation made to our organization based on our purchases.
