Operation Kid-to-Kid

During Vacation Bible School at Salem Lutheran Church of Fontanelle the kids participated in an international outreach program through operation kid-to-kid to improve the quality and availability of water for school children in India. “For just $2.50, a child in India can have clean water for a year at school—plus a clean bathroom and a place to wash their hands every day.” The VBS kids brought in coins to help raise money to benefit the lives of children globally. On Sunday the kids presented their mission and asked the church congregation to donate as well. Together $240.87 was raised. This money will be sent to Group Cares and 100% will help kids in India.
